DUAL SYSTEM

The Dual System is specifically designed for Traction systems and other harsh environment applications. The system is certified and tested to conform to AS/IEC61238-1.  Dual System is designed specifically to crimp Elpress KRF/KSF series copper terminal lugs onto flexible cables, including Halogen free cables, in the range 16mm²-300mm².

Crimp heads can attach to existing hydraulic pumps or to Elpress pumps. Current users of Elpress 1300 system can utilise their existing die sets with the Dual System Crimp Heads for other crimping applications.

Documentation is available to enable users to implement a QA system into their production.
