Service - Calibration - Repair
Being an Authorised DMC Repair Centre and having factory training, we meet CASA requirements to calibrate and service DMC tools.
Every 3-4 years, your DMC 8 indent tools (AFM8, AF8 and MH860) require servicing to replace the dry grease inside the tool. We completely strip down the tool, de-grease, replace faulty or worn parts, re-grease, re-assemble, re-calibrate and issue a Certificate of Calibration.
Crimp-Tech Australia is an Authorised DMC Repair Centre available to overhaul and repair Hand Tools, Pneumatic Tools, Hydraulic Tools and Wiring System Service Kits for periodic inspection & calibration.
With wiring service kits, we clean & repair cases when possible and replace or upgrade foam cavities as needed. We also inspect & calibrate all tooling and determine if repairs or replacement needs to be made. Additionally we identify and replace missing tools, charts, & tool instructions.
Standard charge for full service and calibration of AFM8, AF8, MH860 tools $110.00 + GST & return freight
